SERVICES

A free 30 minute consult is available with your first time contacting Victoria.

All appointments require an intake form or preparatory questions for returning clients. Also, included in the session are some follow up resources and notes from our time together.

Sliding scale/reduced price and trades are available upon request and consideration.

Preconception & Postpartum Planning

$60 an hour, minimum of 2 sessions required

  • preconception and (in)fertility conversations

  • education and planning for your immediate postpartum; best to have your care team/birth partner/any support people to educate them on postpartum

  • preparing you mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually

  • mapping your support network for you and family to heal and restore based on 5 cross cultural keys to postpartum wellness

  • referrals for specialized practitioners along with other resources in our area

  • virtual labor support is available upon request

Lactation Support

$60 an hour as an LEC, no minimum

  • in person observations or virtual offered

  • preparation for a secure milk supply and a positive chest feeding experience

  • respect and resources for alternatives to breastfeeding and support for challenges and discomforts with infant and/or client

  • sensory awareness tips for grounding and bonding with baby

  • deep listening to the joy and grief of it all

  • referrals and education

Postpartum Care

$60 an hour, minimum of 3 visits required

  • in home mother centered care with attention to physiological baby care

  • trained in Innate Postpartum Care, I am a provider who focuses on the 5 cross cultural basics first and foremost as a preventative and baseline. This includes: rest, nutrition, warmth, bodywork, and community. We will discuss your immediate to tertiary needs and I will observe the unspoken as well, see if there are direct ways to support you as a care provider and give you referrals. Also, most importantly, involve support people in your life and help you identify ways to incorporate more care practices and define “your village” so you are more resourced!

  • for those adjusting to new life and/or loss and seasoned parents revisiting the postpartum period as a way of healing the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual. Postpartum is for all - miscarriage, abortion, 2 weeks to 20+ years after baby!

  • womxn wellness consults that focus on listening to womxn’s intuition, referrals, direct education, and care practices I can provide in person or virtually. I lean into Tami Lynn Kent’s “Mothering from Your Center” book a lot for my own personal life and in my practice.

  • it can look very different for everyone and may include: meal or snack prep, light cleaning, laundry, child care support, prepping sitz bath and light foot massage with foot bath prep and cup of tea on the coach, returning to work prep conversations, relationship tending and family strengthening, placenta planting ceremony, birth story or postpartum deep listening.

  • consults for orienting with nature and relieving stress of daily lifestyle, whether it be for youth in virtual school or mother breastfeeding all day

  • program development or advising for organizations that aligns with California curriculum standards

  • garden nutrition recipes and ideas for involving your baby to children in the process of preparing and eating whole foods

  • enhancing workshops and more with zero waste principles and referrals for working with eco-friendly businesses
